When I moved into the complex, a lot of people had lived there for years. By the time I left, it was completely different, most residents didn't stay long. It's a great location, no doubt, but it's an old complex that isn't taken care of. Breeze ways are dirty, stairs are barely held together, and a lot of the lighting fixtures do not work. It saddened me to leave here, but it was very clear the company is about money, and not keeping residents.

When I mentioned to the office manager I couldn't afford it, she informed me that what I was paying for a 2 bedroom she could easily get for a 1 bedroom. The maintenance staff was probably the friendliest bunch of guys around though, and I always liked seeing them.
The leasing office along with the maintenance staff are amazing. Love the things they are doing and upkeep that they are doing around the property! You can see they really care about the resident and bringing things for them to make them feel more like a home. The monthly activities are also great to get people involved.
